"A black and white film study on the complex relationship between man and nature. My goal was to document everything from the subtle to the obvious in terms of natures altercations with man. I often felt conflicted while photographing for this project as I understand that we require expansion and industry but when I'm in these places I can't help but feel that man's impact on nature is excessive. Another challenge was that sometimes man's impact was beautiful and I certainly felt a sense of appreciation, with that said my goal was to take somewhat of a neutral stance and act as somewhat as a warning, with my photographs rather than clearly depict what's right and wrong."
